Melanie has a long athletic background from being a competitive gymnast, running track in high school, and cheering in college at San Diego State University. She comes to us with 6 years of group fitness experience and a passion for helping people reach their goals. She brings intensity and a great playlist to each class - making it almost impossible not to add speed, incline, or a dance move when that beat drops. When Mel isn't in the studio, you can find her snowboarding, traveling, getting after any type of exercise, or most likely...enjoying a margarita with friends!
