Coach Staci has been an avid runner and HIIT class enthusiast for over 20 years. Her passion for running started in college and quickly became a way of keeping her mind and body happy. Staci started out as an elementary school teacher. She then stayed home with her 3 young children for several years. During those years she was able to try many types of fitness classes and also take her love of running to a new level. Staci found that she enjoyed interval/strength training and longer distance running. She has run 3 marathons, 6 half marathons, and several 5k and 10k races in the last 10 years. Her love of fitness and running pushed her to help others develop a love for exercise and achieve their personal fitness goals. Staci received her certification to teach group fitness in July 2020. When at home, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and 2 year old golden retriever, Georgie. She also has a love for travel, movies, being outdoors, and all things related to fitness and health. Staci is excited to work with the STRIDE family and help clients reach their fitness goals.
