Coach Jessica is thrilled to bring her love of running and fitness to STRIDE Wilmette. Jessica is a former teacher and holds a personal training certification from NASM. A self-proclaimed running fanatic for over 20 years, she has experience running races of all distances from the 5K to a 100 miler and is on her quest to run a Boston Qualifier in Chicago. When she's not chasing PRs, she's running after her two little girls and the family dog, Sally. Jessica is always the friend asking you to run a race with her or even better - book a run-cation! Running is not only about health and wellness for Jessica but also helps bring balance and calm. Running has also been a great connector and way to make lifelong friends who share the passion. Her motto is, yes this is tough, but we're tougher. She can't wait to help her STRIDE family discover their inner athlete and do the things they once dreamed impossible!
