She uses running as a form of meditation and loves how the practice helps to relax her mind and body. Outside of running, Aubrey is currently working on being able to snatch (Olympic lift) her body weight #170 (her current PR is #135!) If you're heading to any music festival, you're likely to see Aubrey there. Her playlists are made up of songs that make you want to dance and include artists like Kendrick Lamar, Lorde and Pitbull.
