Kaitlyn is a certified group fitness trainer with years of experience in coaching several formats of fitness such as weight training, total core strength, running and aerobics. She is a former Division I basketball player but has developed a huge passion for running. Her favorite distance to race is a half-marathon, and she loves planning races around getaways to fun cities. Kaitlyn's mission as a coach is to inspire and promote inner confidence to her participants. To her, nothing is better than seeing someone break through their mental barriers and realize their full capacity. Coach Kaitlyn can’t wait to pump you up and lead you to your greatest!
